I am thinking of changing accountants what is the first step ?

Please give us a call and we can arrange an appointment within 24 hours. We can assure you of complete confidentially. Preferably bring your last set of accounts so that we can get an idea of where the business is at. If you wish we can meet you at your place of business. Sometimes when people are changing accountant they are a little apprehensive. Perhaps it’s a fear of the unknown . Wherever the meeting takes place we can assure you that we will set your mind at ease very quickly and dispel any doubts.

 Remember, this meeting is FREE OF CHARGE.

 Are You expensive ?

No, We are not expensive.

We provide a wide range of services and we have great confidence that our fees reflect an overall package that is good value for money.

After reviewing your business operation and having had initial discussions with you we will agree a FIXED FEE in advance

 What method of payment do you accept ?

On agreeing a Fixed fee , you will sign up a Standing Order mandate to pay us Monthly. This means that we are paid as we do the work on a monthly basis.  From the client’s point of view there is no Accountancy Bill due at the end of the year.

I have just got last year’s accounts completed. Can I postpone changing accountant until next year ?

No. You need to start Tax planning now. Do not be a “ Tax deadline driven client”.

Be more proactive in the pursuit of better Taxation and accounting advice, which we can provide.

Will you return my phone calls promptly ?

Yes, your calls will be returned and dealt with within 24 hours.

Is it easy to change accountants ?

If you are dissatisfied with the service being provided by your existing accountant, then for your own peace of mind consider changing.  It only involves you writing to your existing Accounting firm and advising them of the change.

We will then seek professional clearance from them and on issue of same we can then act on your behalf.
